First-Time Booking Offer – Terms & Conditions
Offer valid for first-time customers only. Eligible individuals must not have previously made a paid booking at any CityPickle location. Individuals who have only participated as unpaid guests remain eligible. Limited to one (1) redemption per person. CityPickle reserves the right to restrict or invalidate use in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to multiple accounts, email addresses, or identities used to access the offer more than once. Discount applies to either: One (1) Open Play or Clinic booking at 50% off, or One (1) Court Reservation with $50 off. Offers cannot be combined or transferred. Valid only on bookings made directly through CityPickle channels. Discount code must be applied at time of booking. No retroactive adjustments, except in cases where a qualifying first booking was made without the code and is adjusted by CityPickle prior to the scheduled booking time. If a first booking is canceled prior to the scheduled start time, the customer remains eligible to use the offer on a future booking. Once a discounted booking has occurred, the offer is considered redeemed and may not be reused. Subject to availability. Certain peak times, programs, or special events may be excluded.
