Low sign up cancellations

CityPickle will cancel 8am-1pm programs that do not have the required minimum number of players by 8pm the prior evening and will cancel 2pm-close programs by 10am the morning of. You will not be charged and will be notified of the cancellation by email.

What is your customer cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time you will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled start time are subject to a full charge.

Some events and tournaments will require advanced warning to ensure free cancellation. The cancellation policies of these events will be clearly stated. If no cancellation policy is stated our standard 24-hour notice is the cancellation policy for an event.

I don't see a refund but I canceled before the 24-hour window.

We don't actually charge for a booking until we are within the 24-hour window. When you cancel 24 hours prior we release any hold we have on your card and don't bill for the reservation. You won't see a charge placed or a refund issued on your CC bill.
