Who should I reach out to with any questions?

What are the goals of camp? 

Our goal is to give players the tools, techniques, and a clear roadmap to elevate their pickleball skills while experiencing the pure joy of the game. We’re committed to creating a fun, social, and supportive environment where players can grow and connect with others.

How many campers are there per camp?

Camp size varies by location. We guarantee a 8:1 player to coach ratio.

What time do the camps start and end everyday?

Camps run from 9am to 5pm:

9am-12 pm: On-court instruction 

12pm-2pm: Lunch break. Players provide their own lunches and are welcome to remain onsite to eat. There are also ample dining options within a one-block radius of the courts. 

2pm-5pm: On-court instruction 

How many hours of instruction are in a camp?

Each day includes 6 hours of on-court instruction and programming.  

What is the cost per camper?

Our camps are $649 for the entire two-day course, which also includes perks like a swag bag and prizes. Sign up early to take advantage of our early bird special pricing – now through November 2. 

Is there a camp cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes change. We strive to accommodate our customers and campers as much as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

  • 30+ days notice: Full refund

  • 14-30 days notice: 50% refund

  • 7-14 days notice: 25% refund

  • Less than 7 days notice: No refund

Is there a bad weather refund policy?

At CityPickle, we prioritize making the most of every opportunity to play. In the event of bad weather, we will do our best to adjust camp hours to make up for missed time. 

If alternative plans can’t be arranged, a 50% refund will be issued for camp hours not realized due to rain.
