How do I redeem my gift card?
To activate your gift card, create or log in to your CityPickle account and visit our redeem gift card page. Add the 16-digit number associated with your Square gift card, and credit will automatically be added to your account. To get this process started, visit this link
How do I check my gift card Balance?
You can check your balance in a couple of different places. The first one is at the top of the Order Summary page. When booking a court reservation or a program, you will see your Gift Card balance at the top of the confirmation screen.
The other place to check your balance is on your account page. To get there you click the account section of the bottom menu. Once there you'll see your balance listed at the top of the page under your name.
How do I book using my gift card balance?
To redeem your balance on a court reservation or program all you need to do is type in the amount of credits you intend to use in the "Add Promo Code / Gift Card Balance" section and hit apply.
After tapping apply the amount specified will be discounted from your total bill and you will have successfully applied your Gift Card balance to a booking!
