Help My Promo Code Isn't Working

There could be a couple of reasons your promo code isn't working. 

The first thing to check is if you have a card on file. To make any reservation (even if it is free) you must have a card on file. To add your card details visit the account tab and click on account details. From there simply just add in your card and you should be good to go! 

If that didn't solve your issue please try booking on the web portal on a computer. Visit https://citypickle.podplay.app/book and try making your reservation and applying your code here.
